SANTO DOMINGO. – Modern Properties Group opened a new office in the Barbourt Tower, located on Rómulo Betancourt Avenue, suite 501, in the Bella Vista sector, as part of a stage that the company defines as one of strengthening and expansion.
The company's CEO, Judith Félix, explained that the opening is part of a process of internal strengthening and service expansion. "The new office is focused on the integrity of our advisors, offering comfort to clients, and expanding our services," she noted.
Modern Properties Group specializes in the sale and rental of properties, with a portfolio ranging from high-end residences to more affordable options. According to Félix, the company works with various types of properties and organizes its team by region, allowing each agent to specialize in a specific market niche.
This structure, he indicated, facilitates more segmented attention and broader coverage of the needs of buyers and renters.
Among the services offered by the company is in-house legal advice on real estate, corporate and family matters, which allows for the management of processes related to each operation within the same organization.
In addition, the company recently incorporated property remodeling and maintenance services, thus expanding its scope of action beyond intermediation in buying and renting.
For Félix, this new stage represents "a clear vision of serving the sector with transparency, commitment and expansion," principles that, he stated, are part of the company's operational culture along with compliance with processes, team preparation and responsibility in every transaction.
Regarding their growth plans, the executive reported that they plan to open offices in Punta Cana and Santiago, maintaining uniformity in legal services and the current organizational structure.
