The establishment called “Fábrica Cartesa” completely lacked the Land Use Certificate, authorizations for its commercial activities, and hired foreign personnel irregularly.
During a technical inspection carried out at the complex, which consists of three large industrial buildings and a four-story building intended for offices and residences, the members of CECCOM dismantled a fuel warehouse that was operating clandestinely and without the regulations required by Law No. 112-00 on Hydrocarbons.
