In San Francisco de Macorís (SFM), Keller Williams (KW) Capital and the construction and real estate company Grupo Gabin Fernández announced a strategic alliance to strengthen the real estate market of the northeast region, offering new opportunities and strengthening local economic development.
“This alliance between Grupo Gabin Fernández and KW Capital promises to revolutionize the real estate market in San Francisco de Macorís. We are excited about the future and the benefits that this collaboration will bring to the community,” said Dilcio Gabin Santana, CEO of the Group.

A press release highlights that the alliance's main objective is to provide entrepreneurs and developers with the opportunity to achieve their goals through the support of extensive networks and resources. The alliance launch event took place on June 5th of this month at the Silvia Event Hall, San Francisco de Macorís (SFM), with the attendance of representatives from the real estate and construction sectors and special guests.

At the meeting, Wanda Del Orbe, Team Leader of KW Capital, blessed the event, while Jenny Arias, general manager of the Gabin Fernández Group, welcomed everyone, highlighting the importance of collaboration for the local economy.
José Matos, the franchise's owner and partner, presented Keller Williams' history and business model, while Rodelixsa Manzueta, the regional director of KW Dominicana, detailed the company's mission and vision.
During the event, Gabin Santana announced the first real estate fair in the northeast, which will take place from July 11 to 14 of this year at the Wholesale Club.
kW was founded in 1983 in Austin, Texas, and has become the largest real estate franchise by number of agents in North America. In the Dominican Republic, it has several offices located in Santo Domingo, Santiago, and Punta Cana.
For its part, Grupo Gabin Fernández is a construction and real estate company with over 27 years in the business and around 12 in the construction sector. Its website states that it has built more than 200 residential units and several housing developments, including Ciudad Médica and City Garden, SFM.
