SANTIAGO. The Association of Housing Developers and Builders of Cibao (Aprocovici)announced a professional development workshop focused on Resolution 82-2025 regarding Land Demarcation and Regularization.
The meeting will take place in the postgraduate classroom of the Pontifical Catholic University Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Santiago campus, on Monday, November 3, and is free of charge.
The builders' association reported that it will hold the meeting in coordination with the Real Estate Jurisdiction and the PUCMM Law School, with whose initiative it seeks to offer updated legal and operational tools to professionals linked to the real estate and registry sector.
"During the meeting, the main changes introduced by the new regulations, their practical application, and the challenges they pose for land titling processes and legal security will be presented and discussed," Aprocovici explained on its social media.
The panel will consist of authorities from the registry and cadastral, including Ricardo Noboa, general director of the Real Estate Registry; Indira del Rosario Luna, national director of Title Registry; and Ridomil Rojas, national director of Cadastral Surveying.
Also participating will be Daysi De La Rosa Popa, registrar of Titles of Santiago; José Alberto Almánzar, regional director of Cadastral Surveys of the Northern Department; and Danilo Tineo, presiding magistrate of the Superior Land Court of the same department.
The event is aimed at lawyers, cadastral technicians, developers, students and other professionals interested in the processes of regularization, demarcation and registration management.
