SANTO DOMINGO.- The Bricket Group announced yesterday that it will pay up to a 7% commission to real estate agents who manage to sell the remaining units of the Caroní project, located within the Colinas del Río complex, in Santo Domingo Norte.
Mariano Briceño, Jr., explained during the open house held at the real estate complex, with the presence of a large group of real estate firms, that the scale of sales commissions will start at 5% up to 7%, the latter figure for those who manage to sell up to 5 housing units of the project.

In front of several real estate brokers who attended the meeting, he explained that the commission payments will be effective from the moment the buyer of an apartment deposits the 10% down payment.
He added that the large complex, which houses more than 700 units, was built in 4 stages, the last being Caroní, so named because they wanted it to adopt its own personality, and of which 50 units remain to be sold.
He said that in Caroní there are apartments available from 74, 80 and 87 square meters, all with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with various amenities.

For his part, Mariano Briceño, Sr., president of the Bricket Group, highlighted the alliance created with the real estate agents attending the meeting, announcing that the construction company will soon present a new real estate development in Punta Cana, in addition to projects in the pipeline in Santo Domingo Este, Santiago and Puerto Plata.
“Our motto is to promote development and build well-being, because everything we do is done with the intention of creating conditions that improve people's quality of life and help us all to thrive. That is the concept behind our project and the Bricket Group.”.

He said that what makes Caroní different from all other developments is that buyers arrive and find an organized community where they will improve their quality of life. “Those who live here with us, we help them, we educate them, we hold community workshops so that people learn to live together and together we develop a new quality of life,” Briceño explained.
He explained that Caroní was the first real estate development certified as sustainable in its plans in the Dominican Republic and that his dream is that the first organized sustainable community in the country will be created there.
“When I arrived at this property, I went crazy because I saw the river, the green areas, and this unpolluted landscape, where you can come and enjoy the tranquility,” he declared.
He added that Bricket is a family business, where his children work, to ensure its long-term viability, and that their vision is to be leaders in comprehensive real estate development
“We listen a lot to the client, we understand them, we stay with them in their experience and with that information we improve all our projects,” he explained.
He pointed out that Bricket doesn't sell square meters, but spaces for people to improve their quality of life, and that although it's difficult for people to grasp that concept, it's the philosophy the brand wants to be recognized for.
“In our communities, life is better than what others are selling in square meters, because you are buying the entire property and have areas you can use,” emphasized Briceño, whose company has been in the international market for about 50 years and in the country for more than 20.
