Welcome Paulino will be giving a masterclass on strategies to increase sales and scale real estate businesses

SANTO DOMINGO.- In a market that increasingly demands greater preparation and adaptability, continuous training has become a key tool for agents, developers and professionals seeking to remain competitive and expand their business opportunities.

With that purpose, the Dominican Association of Housing Builders and Promoters (ACOPROVI) will hold the masterclass “The system to multiply your sales and scale your business”, a training day that will be taught by Bienvenido Paulino, a real estate development specialist with more than 40 years of experience in the sector.

The event will take place next Thursday, June 25, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the ACOPROVI headquarters, and will be aimed at professionals, entrepreneurs, and investors interested in strengthening their business strategies and improving the management of their businesses.

From closing sales to identifying opportunities

According to information provided by ACOPROVI, the masterclass will address practical tools to increase sales, accelerate closing processes, and detect opportunities in scenarios where others perceive uncertainty.

The program includes topics such as "From strategy to signing: how to close more sales in less time," "The new real estate map: finding opportunities where others see crisis," as well as the keys to scaling operations and doubling revenue.

The day will also incorporate the topic of "Real Estate Intelligence", a practical guide aimed at reducing errors and strengthening the capacity for analysis and decision-making within an increasingly dynamic market.

Participation details

The investment to attend the masterclass is RD$5,000 for ACOPROVI members and RD$7,000 for non-members.
