Banreservas announced a fixed rate of 10% for seven years for Dominicans residing in Europe.
Tu Casa RD, one of the most prominent real estate companies in the Dominican Republic, with a roster of over 100 real estate agents in the national market, is participating with great success in the Banreservas Real Estate Fair 2025, which opened yesterday in Madrid, Spain and will run until tomorrow, Sunday the 16th.
Wascar Hernández, CEO of the real estate firm, highlighted the success of the opening day, which, according to him, resulted in a complete sell-out at the company's booth, where they managed to sell more than 20 properties. "It was a complete sell-out. We sold low-cost homes in Punta Cana and the Cibao region," the executive stated from Madrid.
He reported that during the opening, Tu Casa RD successfully closed numerous sales, reaffirming its commitment to providing personalized advice to the Dominican diaspora in Europe. "Attendees had the opportunity to learn about the best investment options in tourist and residential properties that we offer," Hernández explained.
He emphasized that the company he leads continues to strengthen its market position in the Dominican Republic, consolidating its strategic alliance with Banco de Reservas.

The Reserve Bank inaugurated the trade meeting by announcing a fixed rate of 10% for seven years for Dominicans residing in Europe interested in acquiring a home in the Dominican Republic.
The financial institution also set a fixed rate of 10% for one year for real estate developers, which will allow for the promotion of new projects that contribute to the growth of the sector and the revitalization of the Dominican economy.
“At Banreservas, we understand that the Dominican diaspora is a fundamental pillar of our economy and our culture, and that is why we have consolidated our international presence with representative offices in Madrid, New York and Miami,” he said.
Attendees at the fair, which will take place at the Canopy by Hilton Madrid Castellana hotel, Plaza Carlos, Trias Bertrán 4, will receive advice on the properties on display, to access the best options, tailored to their needs.
In addition to the event, Reservas Real Estate and Plusval Dominicana will also participate. Other companies attending the business event include Celik Construction, Bisonó Construction, Crisfer Real Estate, Servinta, LVP Real Estate, CBS Development, Grupo VP, Caliche Construction, and Santerra Real Estate.
"Buyers will have access to various real estate projects with complete security and guarantee. The requirements to begin the mortgage financing process are: Dominican identity and electoral card, copy of passport, proof of income; and if married, a copy of the marriage certificate and the option to purchase the property contract," explains a press release from Banreservas.
