The Riverside project and the hotel operator Croma Hotels formalized a management agreement during FITUR 2026 that includes the management of 152 apartments, an operation that reinforces the dynamism of the tourist real estate market in Punta Cana and consolidates the model of residential assets with professionalized hotel operation.

The signing of the agreement took place during Fitur 2026 in Madrid, Spain, at the stand of the Mayor's Office of Punta Cana, with the participation of Jordi Díaz García and Juan Vargas, developers of Riverside and co-founders of Dirava Construcciones, along with Miguel Ángel, CEO of Croma Hotels, and the institutional support of the Mayor's Office of the Bávaro-Verón-Punta Cana Tourist Municipal District.
Miguel Ángel emphasized the operator's commitment to contributing its expertise to the project management, with the goal of ensuring maximum owner satisfaction. The hotel operator, known for its team of professionals with experience in renowned international chains such as Meliá, Palladium, and GHL Hotels, has experienced rapid growth since its recent founding.
The figure that marks the scope of the agreement
Currently, Croma Hotels manages more than 1,000 rooms, both operational and under development, in Spain, the Dominican Republic, and Colombia, basing its model on ensuring investment returns aligned with the expectations of developers and owners.
This alliance will allow Croma Hotels to expand its presence in the Caribbean and consolidate its position in the regional tourism market. Riverside, for its part, will benefit from the operator's experience and innovative approach to hotel management, adding value to the project's real estate offering.
