Everything is ready for the 2024 edition of “Master Agent 360”

Five exhibitors and more than 100 real estate agents will join forces for a day of pure knowledge.

SANTO DOMINGO– Everything is ready for the staging this Saturday, September 21st, of the first in-person edition of “Master Agent 360,” which until now had been held virtually and which moves in its 2024 version to the halls of the Dominican Fiesta Hotel in the Dominican capital, starting at 9:00 am

This is a space where exhibitors promise to provide attendees with the necessary tools so that each real estate agent responsible for a transaction can confidently develop it during the pre-sale and post-sale phases of the property.

“Unlike previous editions, this time, in this training day, each speaker has the responsibility to delve deeper into each of the topics, with practical examples and solutions to situations that arise daily in the real estate world,” Reyna Echenique, one of the speakers, explained to El Inmobiliario.

According to the program, the first to take the stage will be Luz del Alba Rodríguez, who will speak on legal matters. She is the creator of the “Master Agent 360,” a lawyer, and a surveyor. She graduated with honors in Law from the Catholic University of Cibao (UCATECI) and in Surveying from the Pedro Henríquez Ureña National University (UNPHU).

In addition to his training, he holds a master's degree in Contemporary Civil and Civil Procedural Law from the Open University for Adults (UAPA) and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Real Estate Law from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD).

Francisco Suárez, the second speaker on the agenda, will address land surveying. “Land surveying is fundamental in the real estate sector because it guarantees legal security and the correct delimitation of each property through the titling process. Many of the problems and scams in the sector originate from a lack of knowledge in this area,” the specialist explained in a conversation with El Inmobiliarioearlier this month.

Suárez is a certified surveyor with over six years of experience in the field. He is a graduate of Pedro Henríquez Ureña University (UNPHU) and holds a specialization as an appraiser from the Dominican College of Engineers, Architects, and Surveyors (CODIA). During 2020-2021, he worked as an appraiser for the Dominican Republic's Internal Revenue Service (DGII), where he gained a solid foundation in the accurate valuation of properties for tax purposes.

Luz Santana will be responsible for “Financial and Tax Management.” For her, financial and tax aspects are crucial in the real estate sector because they determine the actual profitability of transactions.

The professional is a business strategist and tax consultant, a graduate of the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo (INTEC) with a degree in Administration and Accounting, graduating  Summa Cum Laude. She is certified as a tax consultant by the Dominican Republic Tax Association and in Anti-Money Laundering by the Florida International Business Association. She also completed the Executive Program in Family Businesses at the Torcuato Di Tella University Business School in Argentina and holds a Master's degree in Health Systems and Services Management from the Pontifical Catholic University Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), according to her profile.

After a break to allow attendees time for networking and lunch, the Queen of Real Estate, Reyna Echenique, will take the stage to speak about negotiation and closing deals. For the co-creator of the Master Agent program, this training program represents her vision of raising the bar for agents in the Dominican Republic's real estate industry.

With a career spanning nearly two decades, this lawyer, specializing in Real Estate, Registry, Family, and Civil Law, has broadened her horizons in the real estate sector. Her Realtor certifications, endorsed by the AEI and the NAR of the USA, support her commitment to professional excellence, explains her profile.

Nadia Tolentino will speak about marketing, arguing that in such a competitive sector, the real estate agent must stand out as an authority in their field, with their personal brand being the main channel to communicate their expertise and generate trust in their clients.

The marketing expert has a solid academic background and extensive experience in brand management and consulting. A graduate in Advertising with Cum Laude from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo, she complemented her education with a Master's degree in Strategic Marketing, solidifying her position as a highly qualified professional in her field.

After the presentations conclude, participants will receive diplomas certifying their participation in the training day.
