The portal registered more than 400,000 views in the last month on the multilingual platform
SANTO DOMINGO.- El Inmobiliario digital real estate publication has expanded its content to 10 languages, as part of a strategy aimed at facilitating access for international audiences to information on the construction, real estate and tourism sector of the Dominican Republic.
In addition to the languages already available: Spanish, English, French, Mandarin, German, Portuguese, Korean, Italian, Dutch and Russian were recently added.
Ana María Ramos, director of the Media Group, explained that the expansion responds to the sustained growth of users from those countries, who seek information related to the Dominican market, attracted by the facilities offered by the country and by the appetite it has aroused in the face of non-traditional markets for foreign investment.
International audience with a strategic profile
Data from the platform indicates that views from the United States exceeded 130,000 in the last month, Portuguese 55,000, French 55,000, Chinese 54,900, German 50,500, Italian 22,500, Korean 19,900 and Dutch 13,000.
The presence of these markets has influenced the decision to expand linguistic coverage, allowing profiles linked to investment and consulting to access information on the behavior of the Dominican market more directly.
Key information without language barriers
The availability of content in multiple languages facilitates the consultation of reports, analyses and relevant data on the Dominican market, especially for users who need to interpret trends, dynamics and investment opportunities from their own contexts.
Access without linguistic intermediation contributes to a clearer understanding of the environment, an aspect valued by audiences that monitor markets before making decisions, the media outlet argued.
“This multilingual format makes it easier for our audiences to read, allowing for greater comprehension of the information. Since the end of last year, we have been incorporating various languages into our portal, given the growth in visitors from countries other than those we are used to, attracted by the favorable investment climate our country offers,” Ramos stated.
