SANTIAGO: Guests were asked to write their wishes for the coming year 2023 on a card, which were then tied to a chain of giant balloons that rose into the sky in a solemn moment by the pool.
They were also asked to bring a toy, which they placed in a large bag stationed right at the entrance. This donation will be taken to a charity to make various children happy during this Christmas season.
This was the 2023 Christmas party of the AEI North Zone, Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies, Cibao branch, held on the night of Friday the ninth, in Rancho Francarmen, which also served to show its charms to the real estate agents who attended, given that the property with an extension of more than 4 thousand mts, is for sale.

From early evening, Rossy de la Cruz, the director, along with her team dressed in white, stood at the entrance to receive and welcome the more than one hundred guests invited to the villa, decorated for the occasion with elements alluding to the Christmas season, without losing sight of the association's corporate colors.

Oniel Santana, a young and talented violinist from Santiago, was in charge of welcoming the guests, while the second part was enlivened by a DJ who brightened the atmosphere with Dominican rhythms, which motivated the Cibao cadences.
Each guest brought a gift for children, which they placed at the entrance of the venue in a large bag prepared for the purpose; this donation will be given to the Jesus with Children Volunteer Program.

“I want to thank everyone for coming here to join us tonight, because today we're taking off our work clothes and putting on our party clothes. The idea is for us to enjoy the night and let go of all the stress,” said de la Cruz, formally opening the party at 8:30 PM.
He highlighted the support and dedication of his team in successfully completing the activity, emphasizing that unity always guides processes along good paths.
Alberto Bogaert, president of the AEI, who arrived from Santo Domingo, accompanied by his wife Cristina Alba, to whom they sang Happy Birthday at the end of the party, valued the work carried out by the members of the entity from the Northern Zone, announcing that for the next two years he has good plans on the agenda for the Cibao.
“Together we go further. We are always grateful to this committed and positive team that helps us drive the work we do. Count on us; we will always be ready to support and help you,” Bogaert stated.

To the Caribbean rhythm of Caña Brava, the director and Bogaert premiered the dance of the night, calling their guests to join the dance floor, while the crowd was already large among the various environments created for the occasion.
Attendees enjoyed the 360 camera trend for their selfies and special shots, a tobacco area, and elegant tables arranged for the enjoyment of the evening.
Fine snacks, an exquisite salad bar and a varied buffet represented the diverse menu that those present enjoyed.
The sponsoring companies provided a wide range of items, and several guests were lucky enough to win gifts such as weekends in Punta Cana, Puerto Plata and Las Terrenas; gift certificates, jewelry, beauty products, water dispensers, among others.
The meeting was supported by Constructora Espejos y Asociados, Cana Rock, ALAVER, Noval Properties, Gizeh, Rir Ingeniería, Canos, Inmobiliaria EpKasa, Cabral Group, Inmobiliaria La Comarca, Brunis, Murcia Group, Realtor Alondra Busines, Osher Group, Cobig Real Estate, Kofia, Zb Glam, Ingenium, Vista del Atlántico, Hadifpopo Real Estate, Ederlook, and Idrop.
