They will invest US$25 million in the development of Palm Beach Residences in Cap Cana

CAP CANA, LA ALTAGRACIA PROVINCE. – RDLS Developers Group, a company dedicated to the construction of tourist, residential and commercial projects, announced that it will invest 25 million dollars for the development of Palm Beach Residences, located in the Cap Cana Destination City.

The project envisions the construction of a tower with 50 tourist apartments under a concept that, according to its developers, combines architectural excellence with a meticulous focus on the management of space, materials, and functionality.

Engineer Rafael de los Santos, general manager of RDLS Developers Group, highlighted that this investment reflects the company's firm commitment to sustainable growth and responsible development, shaping a truly exceptional product.

The project includes 50 apartments.

“This exclusive tower is more than just a building; it is a testament to our shared vision for a more prosperous economic future for the Punta Cana area, and for society as a whole,” the executive stated.

He also mentioned that they will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments available through a lock-off or connecting model, which is currently a trend in the real estate sector. The units will be fully furnished and ready for occupancy upon delivery.

Construction of the project will begin in January 2025.

Likewise, the Palm Beach Residences at Cap Cana properties will include more than 17 amenities, including an infinity pool, family pool (on the first level), children's pool, private jacuzzi areas, a Pool Bar, enclosed smoking area, a fully furnished lounge, a golf simulator, a cinema, among others.

Construction of the project will begin in January of next year, 2025, and the units will be delivered starting in the second quarter of 2027. The project has a trust guarantee and will be protected under the law of the Tourism Development Council (CONFOTUR).

While the exclusivity in the marketing of the apartments will be managed by Oferta Inmobiliaria RD, headed by its CEO Gisselle Ventura and Jael Ventura, along with Josymil Sehouerer as Master Broker.

The complex will have a variety of amenities.
