SANTO DOMINGO. – With the aim of providing practical tools to understand the new Law 85-25 on Rentals and Evictions, real estate lawyers Reyna Echenique and Estela Casanova announced a training workshop for agents, owners, and administrators in the eastern part of the country.
The event, titled “New Rental Law and Tax Incentives,” will be held on Saturday, December 6, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at La Alianza Juvenil, located in Buena Vista Norte, La Romana.
“We want every agent, owner, and administrator to be prepared to correctly apply the law, avoid conflicts, and take advantage of the tax benefits offered by other legislations for investors,” Echenique said.
The meeting aims to support the regulatory transition and strengthen preventive legal security in the real estate sector, enabling real estate professionals to anticipate changes and raise the level of professionalism in the country's real estate sector.
