SANTO DOMINGO. - As part of its commitment to strengthening the real estate sector, Pragma Capital announced the conference “Communication and Persuasion for Sales”, to be held on May 15, presented by the renowned communicator and coach Francisco Montalvo.
This training day is part of the Pragma Educa program, a corporate social responsibility initiative of the company, which seeks to enhance the capabilities of real estate agents through regular workshops with national and international experts.
“The heart of our projects are the people who make them a reality. That's why we understand that investing in the training of real estate agents is key to continuing to elevate the sector,” said engineer Julio Cabrera, president of Pragma Capital.

The conference is aimed at real estate agents from over 35 agencies nationwide, selected based on their performance and sales results. The event is free of charge and focuses on strengthening essential soft skills for sales management.
“The goal is for each training session to be a tool for transforming the way agents communicate, negotiate, and connect with their clients. We want each meeting to represent a real opportunity for growth,” Cabrera added.
Since its inception, Pragma Educa has positively impacted dozens of agents with sessions focused on leadership, effective sales, and personal development. By 2025, the program includes new training sessions aligned with the needs expressed by the participants themselves.
