LA ROMANA.- Rufy Castor describes the open house held last weekend to showcase Gold Reef Apartments in Playa Nueva Romana as a complete success. The real estate development will feature 56 apartments in one of the country's main tourist destinations.
“The real estate agents responded positively to the invitation and came from various parts of the country, such as La Romana, Punta Cana, Santo Domingo and Barahona,” highlighted the CEO of Casalina Inmobiliaria, which together with Gold Reef Properties, is in charge of marketing the building.
He explained that the exhibition was attended by special guests including a diplomat from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a minister counselor from the Chilean embassy in the country, as well as representatives from the Ministry of Tourism, La Romana office.

He added that several visitors showed interest in acquiring some of the units, cases that will be followed up on, as is usually the case in this type of activity.

To reserve a unit at Gold Reef Apartments in Playa Nueva Romana, the client must have US$2,500 available, complete 20% within 30 days, 30% that can be paid in convenient installments, and the remaining 50% upon delivery, the real estate advisor specifies.
