SANTIAGO.- Murcia Group inaugurated its main office in the Heart City this weekend to continue expanding its reach, contributing to the strengthening of the real estate sector in the second largest city in the Dominican Republic.
Juan Pablo Monsanto, general manager, highlighted the company's commitment to the development of the real estate sector in all its areas, after emphasizing the capabilities of the professionals who support the brand, whom he described as "highly endowed with a high degree of responsibility and honesty.".
This is the company's third office in the northern region and its second in Santiago. It opened four years ago to provide advice on buying, selling, and renting apartments and houses; condominium management; project feasibility studies; and other services.
“We work with the aim of providing timely and effective advice, meeting market expectations, with the main objective being the satisfaction of our clients' needs,” the leader of the entity stated in his remarks.
He added that the project arose from the need to modernize the pace and quality of work. “Our services are characterized by complete professionalism and ethical conduct, as well as the highest market standards,” Monsanto affirmed.
Murcia Group's new offices are located in Villa Olga, Santiago de los Caballeros, where their real estate agents will be ready to meet the needs of their clients.
“Thanks to the great opportunity for growth and to provide a closer service to our investors in La Vega, Jarabacoa and surrounding areas, we opened our second branch this year, located in La Vega, on Señoritas Villas street,” the executive reported.
