SANTO DOMINGO – In the newly begun year of 2024, Keller Williams (KW) Dominicana calls for unity, collaboration, and strengthening within the real estate sector, while urging prominent representatives and the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI) to support the franchise's commitment to this course of action among key players in the real estate industry.
“For KW, it is essential to instill a teamwork culture in all our market centers. Our renowned 'win-win' deals are based on the participation of one or more parties and the constant pursuit of the common good among all participants. At KW, we understand that the key to success lies largely in how much you integrate this into your culture and way of working, fostering unity among agents within our brand as well as with our colleagues in the market,” explain Rodelixsa Manzueta, José Matos, and Wanda del Orbe, owners of Keller Williams Capital.

They explain that for the company they represent, unity is a topic to which they dedicate special attention, through workshops, talks, and team-building activities such as the 2024 Family Meeting and the 2024 Mega Camp, where KW agents from around the world will come together to meet, work, and grow. “We make the unity of our agents across each market center a part of our work synergy and promote activities between different real estate agencies in the sector, because we understand that relationships and networking are what make today's real estate agents more competitive.”.
A celebration of brotherhood
At its Christmas party last year, 2023, KW Dominicana invited a group of leaders with whom the franchise wishes to strengthen ties.
“They are a group of people to whom we are extremely grateful for everything they have done for our sector. They are the ones who, over the years, have left their mark, elevating the industry, doing things well, and have made a name for themselves in our market,” commented Rodelixsa Manzueta during the meeting.
He told the audience that they were brothers and “buddies” with whom they do business and hope that the relationship will continue to flow.
Among those in attendance were Alberto Bogaert and Cristina Alba from RE/MAX Metropolitana; Juan Chalas, Eros Camaño, Bienvenido Paulino, Claudia Castillo and Wendy Gómez from Plusval Dominicana; Juan Estévez, Elizabeth Santiago and José Miguel del Orbe from Mr Home; Willi Méndez Decanaan Inmobiliaria; Alenny Garabito from Time Homes; Maika Maldonado and Glauco González from Premium Real Estate; Olga Gómez, executive director of the AEI; Scarlet Peguero, Inmobiliaria Nova Vida; Western Hernández, Tu CasaRD, among others.

A positive and successful year
Wanda del Orbe describes 2023 as a positive year for KW Dominicana, basing her assertion on the company's solid growth and consolidation of its position in the real estate market. "We would define this year as successful, marked by significant achievements, expansion, and the establishment of strategic relationships," she emphasized.
José Matos believes the brand's prospects for 2024 are optimistic. He explained that the franchise intends to continue strengthening its market presence by implementing new strategies and technologies to improve the experience for both its associates and the end customer, and to provide high-quality real estate services. "Furthermore," he added, "we expect alliances and collaborations to further strengthen its position in the sector.".
He adds that in the year that has just begun, KW Dominicana has the firm intention of further increasing its presence in the market, aspiring to be recognized as the premier real estate umbrella for agents and real estate teams, taking into account the opinions of experts on the new challenges brought about by the global economy and the constantly evolving real estate market.
“We want real estate agents to see our firm as the ideal platform to take their businesses to the next level, both locally and internationally. It is essential for us to be known as a company created by agents for agents, highlighting our unique understanding of the sector's needs and our commitment to mutual growth. We are focused on providing the tools, support, and opportunities necessary for every real estate agent to reach their full potential under the KW Dominicana umbrella,” concluded the leaders of KW Capital.
