SANTO DOMINGO - Starting this Friday the 10th and continuing through this weekend, Saturday the 11th and Sunday the 12th of this month of May, and for 12 hours, five projects from the Cana Rock Group will be showcased for the public interested in acquiring a property with an innovative design, in tune with the current era.
“Echenique open house Cana Rock” will be the name of the event that will be held in the Lobby of Cana Rock Condos, Cana Bay, Punta Cana, with offers from various projects that have the tax exemption benefits granted by law 158-01 of CONFOTUR.
The development and construction company is Cana Rock, under the direction of Evagrio Sánchez and Javier Hermana. “Sánchez brings his experience from Meliá hotels, one of the most important hotel chains internationally. Hermana is a successful real estate entrepreneur in Spain. In 2016, they founded Cana Bay Hotels and the condo hotel development company, Cana Rock.”.
Both maintain that through perseverance and skill, they sold out their first Condo Hotel project, Cana Rock Condos, in less than 11 months—171 off-plan apartments—setting the precedent for a successful model based on personalized concepts that pay special attention to detail, incorporating home automation, premium furnishings, and other elements to develop hybrid structures. “A blend of hotel and vacation home,” they emphasize.
The projects have estimated delivery dates for this year, 2024, and for next year, 2025 and 2026. “All the projects are located in the privileged gated community of Cana Bay on Arena Gorda beach, Punta Cana,” highlights Reyna Echenique, CEO of Echenique Real Estate, the marketing firm.

Echenique stated that the apartments consist of 1, 2, and 3 furnished bedrooms with appliances.
The activity will take place from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, during the three days and the projects that will be marketed will be: Cana Rock Star, Universe, Terra, Galaxy and Comos-Stelar.
