Developer Morada has unveiled the next phase of the DAOS Suites , adding 280 apartments in a strategic location with direct access to the Autovía del Este highway, just 2 minutes from Downtown Punta Cana. The complete development covers 86,679 m² and is scheduled for delivery in March 2028.

Rosario added: “We offer early payment discounts of up to 6%, and we also have the Fly and Buy program available. Each unit ranges from 74.45 m² to 149.35 m², and the entire project reflects a strong commitment to sustainability: 23,000 m² are dedicated to green areas (55% of the project) and 17,825 m² to the building footprint (40% of the project).
