PUNTA CANA – Nestled in the heart of Punta Cana, surrounded by nature and tranquility, lies Coral Golf Resort. Just two minutes from the beautiful Cabeza de Toro beach and 2 km from the Punta Cana-Macao Tourist Boulevard, the area's main thoroughfare, it offers a prime location. Furthermore, it is a short walk from the Downtown shopping center and only 10 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport.
This is one of the most revolutionary, innovative and strategic real estate developments currently emerging in the Punta Cana tourist area, with 1,300,000 m² of land available for sale to investors and developers interested in acquiring a space with a full guarantee of high profitability and added value.

Gesproin Group, a Spanish-owned developer with over 10 years of experience in the sector and a track record of 16 projects in the eastern region of the Dominican Republic, is the main investor behind this ambitious initiative. Together with Alejandro Garrigó Lefeld, a leading specialist in structuring real estate and hotel projects, and other investment partners, they have launched this project with the goal of developing approximately 4,500 housing units in the region.
In just 10 months since its official launch, 50% of the land, divided into 43 lots, has already been sold. Garrigó Lefeld, the project's commercial director and responsible for marketing the lots, explains the many advantages of investing in Coral Golf Resort.

“When you decide, as an investor, to build within Coral Golf Resort, you will be offering future apartment owners a range of exclusive amenities, such as our 18-hole golf course, which is the backbone of the project. In addition, there is a 50,000 m² crystal-clear lake, ecological trails, bike paths, security, and an excellent location due to its proximity to the airport, major shopping areas, and the beach,” he emphasizes.
A master plan packed with amenities
Morph, one of Spain's most cutting-edge architecture firms, designed the project's master plan, which includes a complete renovation of the 650,000 m² golf course. PB Dye, a renowned golf course architect known for his innovative approach and with a portfolio of over 100 golf courses worldwide, was responsible for this redesign, which serves as the project's guiding principle.

“We designed a master plan around the golf course, with strategically distributed lots and newly acquired areas to expand the project. Coral Golf Resort seeks to create an ideal residential complex for all types of families, with sports and leisure activities, promoting integration and recreation through key services that enrich community life.”.
Among the amenities of the complex, there is a Clubhouse, as the main social area, the La Coralina restaurant, located on the shore of the lake, a sports area and a racquet club with tennis, pickleball and paddle court, and access for owners to the Pearl Beach Club, with special discounts.

The project will be distinguished by its landscaping and will be fully fenced, providing security and privacy. There will be more than 40 projects with a total of approximately 4,500 residential units, each with its own amenities, in addition to those already offered by the project as a whole.
“All will be condominiums with a maximum of five levels and all with views of the golf course. In addition, the footprint of the buildings will occupy only between 15 and 20% of the total land. Everything else will be golf, green areas and a lake,” he says.
Garrigó Lefeld emphasizes that, “as part of our firm commitment to sustainability, wastewater will be channeled through an internal sewer system and from there will pass to a treatment plant where it will be reused to irrigate the green areas and, obviously, the golf course.”.
