They emphasized that they were the first Colombians, working in a professional and structured manner, selling from Colombia to the Dominican Republic.
"We came looking for investment opportunities, we explored other international markets and the one that gave us the most confidence and security was the Dominican Republic," said the real estate advisor, who has been based in the country for more than a year.

He states that his brand is not identified by having mere salespeople on its roster, but rather advisors who know how to listen in order to guide their clients to the best investment.
"We specialize in the sectors with the greatest growth and projection, guiding our clients, also in the area of finance," Montoya said.
He explains that the agency he represents adopts the philosophy of "selling trust" through properties in the country's main tourist destination, Punta Cana.

"We sell apartments and villas that are under construction and already built," García said, adding that in Colombia they are located in Ibagué.
They added that their work is aimed at generating foreign investment, which is why the properties they market are focused on the vacation rental market, highlighting that their immediate and future plans include continuing to invest in the Dominican Republic market.
