SANTO DOMINGO.- In Cap Cana, La Altagracia province, a new luxury complex will be built, with an architectural design to break the monotony: Circle Residences, brought to you by Cilvilmek, will focus on the spectacular views of the Destination City, with a concept that will be a benchmark in the eastern Dominican region.
The details of the new real estate development were revealed last night during a meeting at the Peperoni Restaurant in the National District, which was attended by a large group of businessmen, developers, investors, real estate agents and other actors linked to the sector.
Civilmek's architecture director, Haydee Flaquer, highlighted the effort and time the brand took to create a unique project that delights the eye without sacrificing privacy. She emphasized its wide variety of gardens that invite exploration of the pathways, as well as the natural materials used in the construction, which aim to contribute to environmental sustainability.

“Circle Residences is a project conceived from the symbiosis between curved and straight elements, arranged on the land in such a way that the views towards the lake located on the south facade of the project can be taken advantage of,” Flaquer explained, offering details of the project.

“This wonderful project is the result of 11 months of hard work. We have invested incredible effort and hours, and I am proud that in just 3 weeks, we have already sold 20%. We wanted to explore innovations with a design that will break the traditional paradigm, convinced that it will not only be successful but will be a benchmark in the sector,” declared engineer Milton Lorenzo Franco García, CEO of Civilmek, speaking at the event.

Architect Flaquer said the complex will consist of 1 and 2 bedroom apartment buildings, emphasizing the wide range of amenities the concept will offer.
“We will combine BBQ recreation areas, gazebo(s), children's area, restaurant, swimming pool for children and adults, fully equipped gym and Coworking space, pet park, lounge area with a viewpoint on the second level and a paddle tennis court,” the executive commented.
According to the architect's data, the project includes two blocks that will be located on an area of 8,545 m2, within the Cap Cana Village residential complex.
The residential units will feature spacious balconies, one or more parking spaces depending on the number of rooms, as well as shared visitor parking, an exquisite double-height lobby, and a common area with spacious gardens.

The concept has been conceived with seven types of apartments ranging from 73 to 261 square meters.
