Algonovo Real Estate, a company with seven years in the national market, announced that it will hold an open house this last weekend of April to showcase the features of a new apartment complex to be built in Downtown, Punta Cana, La Altagracia province, the main tourist region of the Dominican Republic.
“Discover District Residences” is the name of the activity that will take place from the 27th to the 29th of this fourth month of the year, at the facilities of the Caribbean Lake Park water park, located on Las Mercedes street, Downtown, Punta Cana.
Johanny Gil, CEO of Algonovo, the company in charge of marketing the project, highlighted its advantages, emphasizing that it is a proposal that will have sufficient amenities to accommodate the lives of its buyers.
“We understand that District Residences is an ideal investment option due to its strategic location, the backing of the accumulated experience of its developers and builders, the good return it guarantees, a high-standard finish, and tax-free status,” Gil explained.
The executive explained that the apartments will come in several configurations so customers can choose according to their needs: simple 1-bedroom apartments, 1-bedroom apartments plus a study, and 2-bedroom apartments plus a study and utility room. They range in size from 61 to 182 square meters.
The new development, whose developers are Downtown and Civilmek, includes amenities such as a lobby, gym, rooftop terrace, swimming pool, gazebo, lounge, BBQ area, 24-hour security, children's playground and pet park; home automation and appliances.
Gil elaborated that the prices of the housing units range from US$133,020 to US$350,000, with easy acquisition options: reserve with US$2,000, pay 10% to reserve, complete the initial payment with 30%, and pay the remaining 60% upon delivery.
The opening ceremony of the trade event is scheduled for 10:00 AM on the first day, April 27, while customer service hours will be extended until 6:00 PM, during the three days that the exhibition will remain.
The construction will be carried out by Civilmek, a company with over 20 years of experience in the market, dedicated to providing all types of engineering and construction services, with a portfolio of more than 200 completed projects. The projected delivery date is 2026.
