Two free activities will be held in Santiago and Punta Cana, so that real estate agents can start their year off on the right foot.
SANTO DOMINGO - Real estate agents from Santiago de los Caballeros and Punta Cana will have the opportunity to strengthen their sales capacity for 2024 and raise their goals for the year with a real estate congress designed for that purpose.
“How to convert prospects into clients in 2024” is the title of the meeting that will be held free of charge on January 31 and February 2 of this year in the Heart City and the main tourist center of the Dominican Republic, respectively.
Rolando Garcia and Heidy Garcia, two experienced real estate advisors with more than 10 years of experience in the national and international market, are leading the organization of the activity, through the firm Rolando Garcia Reality Group.
Both leaders explained to El Inmobiliario that this is the fourth congress of its kind they have held in the country. “We have already held two at the Dominican Fiesta, where more than 1,000 real estate agents attended each one, and another at Galería 360 with the participation of more than 500 agents,” the Garcías stated, emphasizing that these events were organized under the leadership of Stephanie Cabral and other leaders in the real estate sector.
They emphasize that 95% of real estate agents have never received formal sales training, which is why the main focus of the activity is to train them with the methodology that has brought fame to coaches Orlando and Daniel Montiel, two prominent Latino brothers in the real estate world, recently included among the most influential men in Miami, Florida.
The Garcias will be joined by a group of distinguished panelists: Pedro Dip with more than 30 years in the industry, Nancy Cruz with more than 10 years of experience, Eddy Peña from Epekasa real estate with more than 9 years in the field, Daniel Insa, Jonathan Bautista, María Morel from Foly investments and Heidy Abreu.
The Garcías emphasize that the idea is to expand the event nationwide. Its unique feature is that the training day is free for participants. “The event is completely free, and we try to cover the logistics with sponsors so we can facilitate networking.”.
The Garcias plan to gather a minimum of 200 participants at the Santiago meeting, while the Punta Cana meeting is scheduled for 120 real estate agents.
