PUNTA CANA.- Riverside Residences, the new residential complex of 152 apartments, was presented last night in this region of eastern Dominican Republic by the companies Dirava Construcciones and Inversiones Canab, two business groups that have combined experience, youth and professionalism to launch this new venture that seeks to elevate the tourist experience in the main tourist destination of the Dominican Republic.
José Rafael Abreu, CEO of Dirava Construcciones, revealed the details of the property, which will consist of four buildings, highlighting that it is a proposal aimed at those looking for a modern space, with cutting-edge design, quality and security in their investment.
The resort will be located in White Sands. The businessman said that he and his partners are maintaining their commitment to the area, as it is one of the premier resorts in Bávaro-Punta Cana. "We will be located in a prime area because we are very close to the most important amenities and situated very near the beach, which has been the key to the success of this project," the businessman explained.
He explained that the project will consist of four-story buildings, all with elevators, with dimensions ranging from 75 to 76 square meters, and will be managed by a hotel operator, with the aim of enhancing the accommodation experience in the area and strengthening the investment of the buyers, as well as offering visitors a high-quality service.
“We are providing every facility for those who wish to acquire property not only to live in, but also for those who wish to invest in the future; we have every facility to make it possible, with a hotel chain,” he added.
He maintained that this is a project through which they have turned dreams into reality, dedicating time and effort. He emphasized that the new development will be located directly across from a lake, a natural treasure.
He explained that, although the project was publicly announced last night, over 80% of the units have already been sold, both in the first and second phases. The project is scheduled for completion in 2028.
Amenities
Regarding the amenities, José Rafael Abreu pointed out that it will have a mega lobby to receive guests and offer them a pleasant welcome, a gym, a coworking area, as well as a reflecting pool to give a natural environment and a giant pool that overlooks the lake.
“This pool is super huge, because we're big fans of pools in our projects, and we want to highlight that it has a poolside bar. We will build buildings A and B in two stages, with the first stage scheduled for delivery in the summer of 2028 and the second stage scheduled for delivery at the end of the same year,” he noted.
