Regarding payment plans, the real estate agent explains that people interested in the lots can make their reservations with RD$20,000.00, complete 5% upon signing the contract, within 20 days; 15% within 10 months to complete their initial payment without interest.
He adds that the project has financing available at a rate of 1.5% per month, with terms of up to seven years for payments.
