Introducing Social Business Center: A modern concept to revolutionize the way business is done in Punta Cana

SANTO DOMINGO. – With a large group of more than 280 attendees, the Social Business Center was presented last Thursday, August 7th. This corporate building will be erected in Punta Cana and will transform the way business is done in the country's main tourist destination.

The launch took place within the framework of the Social Summit Punta Cana 2025, held at the Real Intercontinental Hotel, National District, where its promoters highlighted that the new space is destined to mark a before and after in the commercial development of Punta Cana.

The modern building is being developed by Punta Cana Solutions, SACOVEX and Grupo Arve, and proposes a new model of corporate, commercial and medical space with an integrated approach based on innovation, connection and business.

During her speech at the event, businesswoman Joselyn Torrealba, CEO of Punta Cana Solutions, expressed the vision behind this ambitious development: “Be Social.”

“Social Business Center is not just a building; it’s a project with purpose, soul, and personality. More than just square footage, we offer innovation, connection, and a different way of doing business in Punta Cana. Our goal is to create an ecosystem that fosters interaction and growth, with spaces designed for socializing, sharing, and thriving,” emphasized the real estate leader.

He also highlighted the success of the pre-sale, with 180 units sold in just three months, and explained that the activity was not only about sales but also about strengthening connections: “We are here to connect. Social Business Center is becoming a new generator of ecosystems that transcend real estate, fostering a sustainable business community,” Torrealba stated.

Pasqualino Di Teodoro of the Arve Group emphasized his commitment to the project and noted that the consortium he represents has accumulated over 10 years of experience, delivering more than a thousand active and developing units. "We are not amateurs; we are investors with a solid financial and operational structure," the businessman stated.

For their part, Juan Granell and María Paula Medina, of SACOVEX, the project's architects, reaffirmed their commitment to quality and innovative design. They noted that the Social Business Center integrates exclusive amenities that redefine the corporate and commercial space, including:

The new real estate development will be strategically located, just 10 minutes from the international airport and two minutes from Downtown, in an area of ​​high commercial and residential growth.

During the meeting, two panels were held: one on the growth and evolution of Punta Cana with Félix Soto, Ramón Fernández, Varsovia Ramírez and Francis Salce; while the second dealt with sales strategies with the intervention of Alberto Bogaert, Indhira Desangles, César Moreta, Glauco González and Stephany Olivo.

The meeting was attended by businesspeople, investors, real estate agents, leaders of industry-related trade associations, special guests, among others.
