A new real estate development to be built in Punta Cana, consisting of 96 apartments, was recently presented by the firm Mystiq, a company that assures that it is a project where luxury and comfort will prevail.
During a meeting at Lounge Garden Cigar, Punta Cana, the founding partners of the construction and development brand, José Rafael Abreu, Jordi Díaz, Juan A. Vargas, Daniel Cordero and Arnold Cordero, highlighted the benefits of the new real estate proposal, projected to be inaugurated in the first quarter of 2027.
Mystiq Wave will be located in Bávaro-Punta Cana, with one-bedroom plus studio housing units, distributed in three buildings that will be built on a plot of land of 11,500 m2, a press release highlights.
Newhaus, Tu Casa RD, Grupo Inguemar, Clic, Mr. Home, Renta-House, Novasco, Red Home, KW Punta Cana, Urban Group, Oferta Inmobiliaria, Vinlax, Blue Caribbean, Blacklion and W. Carril were part of the large representation of real estate agencies that attended the meeting, where the details of the residential complex were revealed.
“These apartments are strategically designed so that each unit enjoys a beautiful view of the pool. The project is located in the exclusive White Sands residential area in Bávaro, Punta Cana, and features amenities such as a double-height lobby, gym, coworking space, barbecue area, children's playground, volleyball court, solarium, beach-style pool, administrative offices, and access to the paradisiacal Arena Gorda beach, with 24-hour security,” the press release states.
