SANTO DOMINGO.- Kw Dominicana and its associates recognized the work and effort of its collaborators, distinguishing the categories related to the nature of real estate work, to the professionals who during 2022 made their talent available and went the extra mile to support the growth of the franchise.
Rodelixsa Manzueta and Giovanna Sacco led the presentation to the more than 50 real estate advisors who were recognized in the categories of collaborator of the year, leadership, outstanding agent, extra mile, revelation of the year, mortgage referral volume, acquisitions, team with the most exclusive listings, number of transactions, majority in sales and highest number of commissions earned, during 2022.
KW Capital
At KW Capital, the winners were Francisco Peralta and Adelaida Rosario as collaborators of the year, Yomairis Cuesta as leadership, Rochelle Ortiz as outstanding agent, José Chávez as extra mile, Kelly Duran as revelation of the year, Yokasta Rocha as highest volume of mortgage referrals, and the trio Milagros Beras, Wendy Mejía and José Chávez as highest number of acquisitions.
The team with the most exclusive deals was also awarded, a prize that went to Félix Aurelio Bautista and Leticia Decena. The category with the highest number of transactions was divided into three places: third place went to José Chávez, second to Wendy Mejía, and first to Milagros Beras.
Similarly, Wendy Mejía took third place for highest sales volume, followed by Jaime Diaz, while Engels Villanueva claimed first place. Regarding the highest commission earned, Yokasta Rocha came in third, José Chávez second, and Jaime Diaz took first place, also winning the Salesperson of the Year award.
KW Gold
The standout agent here was Hipólito Sosa, with a special mention for Sarah Hiches. The agent who went the extra mile was Sandra Placeres. The leader in culture and values was Rafael Soto. The Market Center growth leader was Ingrid Genao. Dorennys from SAP took third place for the highest number of transactions, Jenny Rosa second, and Hipólito Sosa first. The highest number of commissions earned was achieved by Rafael Soto (3rd place), Sandra Placeres (2nd place), and Hipólito Sosa again in first place, as well as winning for the highest sales volume of the year; Sandra Placeres came in third place and Carlos Arnal in second.
KW North
Mariel Ureña was named collaborator of the year, Aury Polanco leadership, Josué Morel outstanding agent, Anny Domínguez honorable mention, and Aracelis Steward went the extra mile. The highest sales volume was achieved by Joel Lora (3rd place), Nilda Martínez (2nd place), and Glorimar Ortega (1st place).
KW Oriental
Yanesca Bernard was awarded collaborator of the year, Zuritza Diaz leadership, Miriam Espinal outstanding agent, Elimelec Reyes outstanding mention, José Cedeño extra mile and highest sales volume Euclides Ramírez (3rd place), Eduardo Arias (2nd place) and Gabriel Batista (1st place).
KW Premium
Margaret Arzeno was the collaborator of the year, Miguel Montero, leadership, the outstanding agent Maria Teresa, Leo Batista outstanding mention, extra mile Elizabeth Aquino; in the highest sales volume category Elizabeth Aquino won 3rd place, Leo Batista (2nd place) and Anderson Figuereo (1st place).
KW Punta Cana
Naiby Rivera was recognized as collaborator of the year, Julincy Garo for leadership, Arístides Reyes as outstanding agent, Gustavo García received a special mention, Mirca Serri went the extra mile, while the winners for the highest sales volume were Darian Lewis (3rd place), Johanna Frischbutter (2nd place) and Felipe de la Rosa (1st place).
At the regional level in KW Capital, recognition was given to Johanna Guzmán, José Chávez, Heidy Beras, Wendy Mejía, Rochelle Ortiz, Jaime Diaz, Bélgica María, Engels Villanueva, Kelly Duran and Rafaela Cabrera.
From KW Punta Cana to Darian Richard Lewis, Felipe de la Rosa, Weldon Scheldman, Johanna Frischbutter, Gustavo García, Mariel Méndez and Julincy Garo.
At KW Oriental, the work of Euclides Ramírez, Gabriel Batista, and Eduardo Arias was highlighted, while at KW Gold, Sandra Placeres was recognized.
The regional awards for the highest sales volume per agent went to Darian Richard Lewis of Punta Cana, who took third place, second place went to Engels Villanueva of Capital, while first place went to Felipe de la Rosa, Punta Cana.
The highest volume of commissions per agent went to Punta Cana in the three places: third place for Johanna Frischbutter, second for Gustavo Adolfo Lee and first for Felipe de la Rosa.
Regarding the highest number of transactions, the results were divided as follows: 3rd place Darian Richard Lewis (Punta Cana), 2nd place Milagros Beras (Capital) and 1st place Gabriel Batista (Oriental).
Market Center sales ranked 3rd for the Eastern Zone, 2nd for Punta Cana, and 1st for Capital, while commissions in this category ranked 3rd for Kw Gold, 2nd for Capital, and 1st for Punta Cana.
Likewise, the highest number of units sold was for Punta Cana, Zona Oriental, and kw Capital; the highest number of acquisitions were for Oriental, kw Capital, and Punta Cana. Similarly, the highest number of acquisitions in exclusive areas was for Capital, Punta Cana, and Premium.
The largest number of agents per Market Center were for Oriental, Gold, Capital, and Punta Cana, while Gold, Capital, and Punta Cana also saw the greatest growth in the number of agents. The regional employees of the year were Katherin Labour and Madelyn Herrera from KW Dominicana.
