SANTO DOMINGO.- The Catalonia Hotel, on George Washington Avenue (Malecón), in Santo Domingo, awaits the celebration tonight of the “Noval Awards”, the highly anticipated “Grand Gala”, where tribute will be paid to the most outstanding players in the real estate sector of this year.
Thirteen categories to recognize the initiatives, creativity and dedication of its leaders and members have been selected by Noval Properties to distinguish the work and effort of those who, with dedication, have gone the extra mile to achieve excellent results and shine in the competitive real estate industry, which is currently experiencing one of its best moments in the country.

The firm, one of the most prominent in the country, aims to motivate and support talent in the real estate sector with the awarding of the statuettes, which translates into strengthening an area that brings together thousands of members and is a fundamental part of the Dominican economic dynamic.
Thus, in the Excellence category, the nominees in the Northern Zone are Vetas Inmobiliaria, Keller Williams Norte, Tropical Max, Real Estate In Las Terrenas, and Immomexx; in the International sphere, Selling Sunsets (Canada), Remax Premier International Brokerage (Toronto), Global Neworking Realty (Miami), Global Neworking Realty (Puerto Rico), and Bankcasa Real Estate (Boston).
Also selected in Santo Domingo were Apartamentos RD, Remax Metropolitana, Urban Group, Inmobiliaria Vita Home, MJ Real Estate, Tu Casa RD, while in Punta Cana the chosen companies were Blue Caribbean Properties, Keller Williams Punta Cana, Cana Blue, Dominican Home, Remax Luxury Properties.
In the Revelation of the Year category, Santo Domingo includes Inversiones Drive, Piso Alto, MJ Real Estate, Invierte RD, Clik Home RD; in Cibao, Condo Services, Menrez Realty, Vetas Inmobiliaria; in the Punta Cana tourist area, Dominican Home, Lumaps, Calis Corporation, Inversiones Auronica, Sweet Caribbean Properties; at the international level, M Real Estate (Canada), Casa Dominicana (Poland), Westview Realty (Miami).
The companies selected for Best Real Estate Marketing were Tu Casa RD, Urban Group, Blue Carbbean Properties, Dainsa, Apartamentos RD and Plusval.
Other positions included for tonight's Grand Gala are Sales Leading Broker of the Year, Outstanding Real Estate Agency, Career Achievement Award, and Novice of the Year.
About the awards
The Noval Awards were first held in 2019; the following two years, 2020/2021, were suspended due to COVID-19.
