In Santiago de los Caballeros, Marassa Inmobiliaria successfully celebrated the first edition of the “Real Estate Smokers Summit”, an event designed to merge the real estate sector with the tobacco industry, given that tobacco is one of the main representative products of the northern region.
The event took place at the symbolic Camp David restaurant, before a large group of businesspeople, investors, real estate agents, government representatives, tobacco industry representatives, and other guests.
“It is a novel event, a different way of doing business, a real estate fair, focused on potential clients and investors, where we showcase various properties located in the main tourist destinations of the Dominican Republic,” explained Luderlove Edouard Constant and Luderly Edouard Constant, leaders of the real estate firm.
They explained that it was a selective meeting for the upper-middle class and potential clients who came from abroad to explore the offerings of the Dominican real estate market, interested in acquiring properties.
The Constant brothers highlighted their ability and boldness as foreigners in the country to present the innovative initiative, after thanking the Dominican Republic, specifically Santiago de los Caballeros, for opening its heart to us, where we can increase the real estate sector.
They also thanked Noval Properties for being part of the meeting, through an alliance to include the developer's properties.
They highlighted the number of properties showcased during the event, located in tourist destinations across the country.
“Besides being a broker, we are real estate developers and we are going to launch our first real estate project located in Gurabo,” said the partners of Marassa Inmobiliaria, a company with more than four years in the national market.
They thanked the public who attended the event and the cigar sponsors who were part of the business meeting, among them they mentioned La Galera, Congressman, El Pamal, Black Bird Cigar, Cyra estate and La aurora.
Among the sponsors mentioned were Realty & Partners, Papile'm, Monnely's Production, Harmonik and J&J Spirit.
The event was attended by the governor of Santiago, Rosa Santos; the deputy for Santiago, Robinson Díaz; and Francisco Matos, representative of the Dominican Association of Cigars and Tobaccos (ADOCITAB).
