Sotavento Capital launches Emerald Towers and presents a revamped commercial offering

It will have 230 residential units and a design focused on modern livability.

SANTO DOMINGO NORTE.- Developer Sotavento Capital presented the second phase of The SIX with the launch of Emerald Towers , a novel project that will have 230 apartments to continue strengthening real estate development in that area of ​​Greater Santo Domingo.

During an event held last Saturday, November 8th, with a large group of the firm's allies, the reformulation of the design of its commercial proposal, Posta Elemen t, a commercial space, was also announced, which will complement the commitment of the complex, located on Jacobo Majluta Avenue.

Executives explained that Emerald Towers reinforces the brand's commitment to the urban transformation of Santo Domingo Norte , with 230 residential units and a design that combines modernity, functionality and well-being, consolidating the vision of creating communities with access to comprehensive services and high-level amenities.

Roberto Rijo, the architect who created the project, explained that Emerald Towers emerged as a result of the experience gained in the first stage of the development of The SIX.

The professional highlighted that this second phase incorporates improvements in amenities, access and common areas, with a more functional configuration oriented towards collective well-being.

“There is a reconfiguration in Emerald Towers based on maintaining a clear community concept, reinforcing it and expanding shared amenities, improving the relationship between circulation and access,” he added.

Rijo emphasized that the project maintains the standards of quality, sustainability and construction technology that characterize The SIX.

Progress of work and quality criteria

Engineer Frank Garcia, president of Solucreto, the construction company for the project, reported that the first phase is 90% complete in its structure, with the finishing work already underway.

“Every wall, every space, and every detail has been created by a team committed to providing homes that transform lives,” García said.

He also announced that construction of Emerald Towers will begin early next year and will have an estimated duration of 24 months, maintaining the same criteria of innovation, sustainability and construction efficiency.

Commercial innovation with Posta Element

Brenda Guzmán, representative of Sotavento Capital, highlighted that The SIX brand is in a new stage of growth with the reformulation of the design of Posta Element, a commercial plaza integrated into the residential development.

“We opted for a different product, in an area that was just beginning to show its potential,” Guzmán said.

The executive explained that Posta Element seeks to complement the residents' experience through spaces designed for commerce, entertainment and socialization, reaffirming the sustainable vision of the project.

“This proposal reaffirms our commitment to the community and to strengthening the concept of coexistence that characterizes The SIX,” he added.

Awards for real estate companies

During the event, Sue Fernández, sales manager of The SIX, recognized the performance of the real estate companies that stood out for their consistency and results during the The SIX project stage.

JGB Inmobiliaria received a statuette for being the external seller with the highest number of sales in that phase.

Mr. Home was also recognized as a top silver seller.

Tramontana Real Estate also received the Platinum Outstanding Seller award, achieving the highest number of sales linked to the Golden stage.
