SANTO DOMINGO - Developer Sotavento Capital announced a new date for its open house, aimed at people interested in acquiring an apartment in its innovative project THE SIX, which will be built in a strategic location in Santo Domingo North.
From the fourth to the eighth of this month of December, potential clients will have the opportunity to visit the sales office, located on Jacobo Majluta Avenue, next to the project grounds, set up to receive those interested in being part of a community that will pay tribute to sustainability, with its concept of preservation and care for the environment.
Those interested can reserve their housing unit with only US$200 and monthly installments of US$460. Apartment prices start at US$62,500, with 80/20 payment plans.
The SIX project will feature 715 apartments, a commitment to a model that seeks to become a benchmark for real estate transformation in the country, as highlighted by Sue Fernández, sales manager of the project.
During the presentation of the new development last week, the executive explained that THE SIX is not limited to just living space. “It is also exclusivity with recreational areas designed for the enjoyment of the residents in each zone. It is a community with integrated spaces that foster socialization. And it is innovation and sustainability, implementing practices that reduce environmental impact and promote a responsible lifestyle,” said Fernández.
For his part, Frank García, representative of Solucreto, the company that will be in charge of the construction of the project, explained that one of the technologies implemented in the project consists of the manufacture of industrial concrete, for which they traveled to France with IMER, an Italian company expert in this field with more than 60 years of experience, through which they were able to visit various construction companies to experience it and import it to the country.
Similarly, Miguel Angel Hernández pointed out that THE SIX represents a new way of building residential properties in the country . “This will be one of the most sustainable construction projects in the Dominican Republic, because it involves both the construction process and the final occupants of the buildings.”
Sotavento Capital is a company with over 20 years of professional experience. The project will be built by Solucreto, a firm with over 30 years of experience, and features a design by renowned architect Roberto Rijo, who has over 40 years of experience in developing mixed-use, commercial, and residential buildings.
