SANTIAGO, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC - Santiago Casas RD, "Gran Noche Top Brokers 2025" last Friday the 12th of this month, where it recognized the performance of a group of its salespeople.
The company also toasted to a successful year, where its sales increased by more than 60%, according to Adonis Francisco, the company's CEO, who described 2025 as an "exceptional" period.

“It was a very successful year. We expanded our sales; before, we were mainly based in Santiago, but now we make a lot of sales in Punta Cana, Puerto Plata, and La Romana. It has been a very rewarding year because, for me as a leader, it's not just about selling, but about making the lives of our employees better,” the business leader stated.
The three main awards were given to Darlene Vásquez, Heidy Rosario and Alaycha Paulino, whose sales during the year exceeded 2 and 3 million dollars .

Adonis Francisco said that Santiago CasasRD increased its sales force by more than 30% during the year, noting that “brands that operate effectively and manage their social media and personal brand well generate trust in customers. There are companies like ours that, when the market declines due to the skepticism of others, we become stronger, and that's why customers trust companies like us more,” he emphasized.
A grand celebration
During the gala , various awards will be presented, distributed in several categories including: Culture and value, obtained by Nancy Rodríguez; exemplary collaborator, Alaycha Paulino; Alliance and sisterhood, Engels Monsanto; Image, brand and presence given to Darlene Vásquez and Heidy Rosario; Personal brand and social networks, Darlene Vásquez.
The revelation of the year went to Yadir Sosa, the 2025 rookie was Luis Marte; the resilience/persistence award was obtained by Yuris Fernández; the outstanding mention was for Solanyi Calderón; the administrative excellence and management award went to Evelyn Yaneisy and Yulisa Rodríguez.
Likewise, the “Top Brokers Grand Night 2025” recognized excellence in professional training, which went to Berenice Estévez; the silver top producer in sales was Yulisa Rodríguez, while the gold was awarded to Darlene Vásquez. Alaycha was the salesperson who achieved the most sales in the flat market during 2025.
Arisleyda Valdez was in charge of blessing the meeting.
The awards ceremony was a celebratory party that included music, entertainment, team-building activities, a photo opportunity, and an atmosphere designed for teamwork and a memorable end to the year.
