The meeting was chaired by Nicola Antonio Caccavella, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Paradise, who highlighted the importance of this new space not only for the brand, but also for the local community.
During his speech, the veteran real estate advisor expressed his gratitude to everyone who made the realization of this new office possible and spoke about the vision he had for RE/MAX Paradise from the beginning.
Susaty Castillo, co-director of the brand, began her remarks by sharing a reflection on the creation of the office, comparing its construction process to Michelangelo's famous sculpture of David, saying: " When Michelangelo unveiled his sculpture, he was asked how he had achieved it, and he replied that he had only removed what was superfluous, because David was already in that piece of marble ."
He commented that the office was already in Nicola's heart and mind, and that Nicola worked tirelessly to bring it to life. "This office already existed in Nic's mind; we just had to remove what was unnecessary ," Susaty concluded, emphasizing the dedication and effort invested in making this dream a reality.
