SANTO DOMINGO.– The firm Russa García & Asociados officially presented the new hotel chain Ecoruss Internacional Hotels, which includes seven brands aimed at different market segments, ranging from luxury hotels to low-cost options, boutique hotels, wellness establishments, ecolodges, inns, rural hotels, and even tourist real estate projects under management program or rental pool schemes.
The announcement was made during the inauguration of the company's offices, located in the Bella Vista sector, National District.
“For more than 20 years, this idea had been taking shape in my mind. I always perceived the need to support developers and promoters in their hotel operations, since these demand specialized technical knowledge and face the challenge of having a qualified human resource,” commented Lourdes Russa, CEO of the brand.
He explained that the hotel chain will be innovative and based on two pillars : providing distinctive, high-quality service and a commitment to environmental management as a cross-cutting theme in its operations. To achieve this, it has strategic partners such as the European School of Management, Total Solutions Dominicana, ARQA Arquitectos, and AB Masters.
Russa announced that the first projects will be located in Vista Cana, Colonial City, Arroyo Frío, Constanza and in the southwest of the country.
Those present at the event included the Vice Minister of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Tourism, Carlos Peguero; the Vice Minister of Public Services of the Ministry of Public Administration, Alan Jiménez; the former Minister of Education, Jacqueline Malagón; the Executive Vice President of the Association of Hotels and Tourism (Asonahores), Aguie Lendor; and the Technical Director of Confotur, Brenda Morales.
Representatives from the banking, architectural, and construction, as well as developers, promoters, clients, and friends of the firm.
