Noval Properties presents its first boutique hotel, an innovative investment model backed by prestige

BÁVARO-PUNTA CANA, LA ALTAGRACIA. – Noval Properties, a pioneering developer of tourist real estate in the eastern region of the Dominican Republic, celebrated the launch yesterday of its boutique hotel, Esplendor by Wyndham Oceana, an innovative hotel investment model with an all-inclusive package for investors seeking high returns on their properties. The event, held at Club Cielo, Bávaro – Punta Cana, brought together a large group of investors, strategic partners, real estate agents, entrepreneurs and industry representatives, who learned firsthand about the advantages and potential of this exclusive business model.

The Esplendor by Wyndham Oceana boutique hotel will feature 61 rooms. According to information presented at the event, the property has been designed to offer consistent profitability, with a projected 10% return on investment and an occupancy rate exceeding 87%, located in the Dominican Republic's fastest-growing tourist destination.

“Tourism in the country continues to grow, with more than 11 million visitors annually. The Esplendor by Wyndham Oceana boutique hotel offers investors the opportunity to participate in this industry without worrying about the hotel's daily operations,” stated Lorena Sevilla, Commercial Director of Noval Properties in the Punta Cana area, during her remarks at the event.

Investors will be able to benefit from the exceptions offered by the CONFOTUR law and other tax benefits.
