SANTO DOMINGO.- Noval Properties presented the fourth edition of its Noval Awards last night, created in 2020 to motivate real estate agents and recognize those who strengthen their efforts, excelling in their work and achieving extraordinary results.
The grand ballroom and foyer of the Catalonia Hotel were transformed into a “Misión Diamante Noval,” the name designated for the 2024 edition, decorated with elegant spaces alluding to the occasion and hosting hundreds of players in the real estate industry, including international guests, who came together for the largest real estate party held in the Dominican Republic
At 7:40 pm, broadcaster Pamela Sued appeared on stage, pretending to call Irvin Alberti and asking him why he was late. Alberti then appeared on stage, and together they officially opened the fourth edition of the awards ceremony in a hall packed with guests.

Favio La Rosa, president of Grupo Noval, was the first to take the stage, welcoming attendees and thanking them for their continued support of the brand he leads. “It is a pleasure for us to receive you because if you are here, it is because you are the best in the Dominican Republic,” he commented.

He recalled that Noval began as a family business, which he founded with his wife, Sagreth Decamps, through much effort and sacrifice, noting that the entire family contributed in its early days. He said that eight years ago, the real revolution began with César Latrilla, who invited him to join him in pursuing his dreams and making them a reality.
He spoke of challenges, of Noval Properties' commitment to meeting its clients' needs, and of the new developments coming in 2025. "It has been a 21-year journey of positive events, some negative ones, joys, many hours of work, all in pursuit of a dream, setting ourselves a higher challenge each year," La Rosa recounted.
César Latrilla, CEO of Noval Properties, took to the stage accompanied by Laura Pérez, the operations director engineer, a professional who, he said, has been a key piece in the transformation process that the brand is experiencing, facing the new Noval generation.

“I am truly grateful because Noval gives women opportunities; many of the operational positions at Noval are held by women, and I am happy about that feminine strength,” the professional commented.
They both explained the stages that the construction-promoter company has gone through to transform its processes and align itself with its mission, and to transform the organizational chart into a growth structure.

After welcoming their guests on the red carpet with a welcome drink and the customary warm embrace, the executives of Noval Properties called their guests to gather in the theater-style hall to enjoy the main course of the night for Dominican brokers.
At 8:22, the highly anticipated Noval Awards 2024 ceremony began, starting with the Best Real Estate Marketing category, which was won by Tu Casa RD. “We are very happy; this is another achievement for Tu Casa RD. Thanks to our partners and colleagues, this is our sixth award in three years,” said Wester Hernández, CEO of the brand.
Vita Home, RE/MAX Paradise and Urban Group each received two awards for their outstanding national and international management, with Luz Sarmiento's award as outstanding woman of the year being particularly noteworthy.
At 9:00 pm the awards ceremony concluded, while the masters of ceremonies announced the presentation of a video to elaborate on one of the new initiatives announced during Favio La Rosa's speech: The Noval Foundation, whose video highlighted the areas of impact where the initiative proposes to have an effect, such as Christmas solidarity, literacy olympiad, literary contest, sports sponsorship, creative babies and award for student excellence.
Amidst cheers and excitement, the guests enjoyed a vast array of snacks and exquisite drinks, while the stage was set for a Don Miguelo-style closing.
The event was attended by real estate agents from all over the country.
