SANTO DOMINGO.- More than 400 real estate agents participated in the Noval Summit 2026, a meeting organized by the company Noval Properties that brought together professionals from the sector to address training topics, market trends and projections of the real estate business.
During the event, held on March 3, the company's performance results were presented, along with those of its partner brokers, as well as market prospects for the coming year, in a context where the real estate sector continues to consolidate itself as one of the most dynamic areas within the Dominican economy.
A press release highlights that the meeting included training sessions aimed at agents and brokers, with the goal of strengthening commercial skills and providing tools to operate in an increasingly competitive market.
He explains that one of the central moments of the meeting was the conference of international consultant Jorge Rosas, executive director of Delivering Happiness Mexico, who spoke about topics related to leadership, organizational culture and the development of work teams.
During his presentation, the specialist highlighted the importance of real estate agents adopting a strategic approach in their relationship with clients, noting that the process of buying a property is linked not only to financial factors, but also to the experience and trust generated during the negotiation.
“People don’t buy properties, they buy experiences, security, and a vision for the future. The real differentiator lies in how we make the client feel during the process,” he stated.
The meeting also included presentations on operational, financial and regulatory aspects related to the real estate business, topics that are part of the challenges facing the sector in the current economic context.
The event was attended by real estate brokers, members of the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI), real estate entrepreneurs, representatives of prominent real estate firms, among other actors in the sector.
The organizers indicated that the Noval Summit seeks to become a regular space for exchange and updating for professionals linked to the real estate market in the Dominican Republic.
