SANTO DOMINGO. – In response to the growing demand for specialized legal services within the real estate market, MP Grupo Soluciones Jurídicas is announced as a new firm offering comprehensive legal solutions under the Modern Properties umbrella.
The company was founded to provide legal support and guidance to developers, investors, agents, and property owners at every stage of their projects and transactions. It will be staffed by a team of six lawyers with expertise in Real Estate, Family, and Corporate Law, as explained to El Inmobiliario by Judith Félix, the company's CEO.

He explained that the new venture will encompass processes capable of handling everything from land demarcation, contracts, corporate and inheritance procedures, to the legal management of real estate projects and property administration.
He said that the new project is part of the expansion strategy of Modern Properties, a renowned Dominican real estate company with nearly a decade in the national market that, since its founding, has been committed to offering a comprehensive service to its clients.
