SANTO DOMINGO. -They landed in the Dominican Republic with the positive energy of success that has accompanied them for more than 15 years in Peru, in the ICA region, where HUACACHINA is a prestigious benchmark, as leaders and pioneers in the development of real estate projects.
Ismael Rubio Marcovich, the manager, explains that in their expansion plans they analyzed different countries, looking for the most viable and sustainable one over time to invest in for the long term.
“When we reviewed the Dominican Republic’s macroeconomic figures, we saw that it has a stable economy and, above all, a very competitive economic policy and regulations that help to encourage investment,” the executive commented.

He explains that after deciding to start operations in the country, the second step was to choose the location and the type of product to develop in order to be competitive in the market. “That’s when we adapted products that have worked very well for us in our country and brought them here to achieve satisfactory results,” he notes.
Alta Vista Village
Alta Vista Village is the first real estate project underway in the Dominican Republic, located in the Punta Cana tourist area on the road that connects Verón and Higüey, on a plot of more than 1.5 million square meters, with lots of 216 m2 at a very affordable price, and above all with direct financing without interest.
“We have financial backing that allows us to give our clients the opportunity to acquire their plot of land with all services and excellent amenities within the project, such as 2 clubhouses, various sports and entertainment areas.

"It also has areas designated for 2 and 3 bedroom villas with the same financing system and with prices well below the market standard," highlights Ismael Rubio Marcovich.
The company, with 100% Peruvian capital, has been in the local market for just over 2 years, achieving resounding success in the sale of its Alta Vista Village project, which has required the inclusion of new phases.
Success story
“Our journey began in the Ica region of Peru, where over the last 15 years we developed various projects and positioned ourselves as pioneers and leaders in the sector,” says the manager of HUACACHINA.
He explains that the firm manages a broad portfolio of its own products and, as a business group, has over 30,000 satisfied clients in Peru who have had the opportunity to acquire urban land lots, lots for country houses, and urban homes. “That's where the name HUACACHINA comes from, which is a lagoon in the middle of the Ica desert.
