In Miches, with the presence of the President of the Dominican Republic and national and local authorities, Viva Resorts by Wyndham celebrated the official opening of Viva Miches by Wyndham , its new beachfront resort located in Playa Esmeralda , in the emerging destination on the north coast.
“Thirty-eight years ago, we began our story in the Dominican Republic with a pioneering spirit. With an initial investment of $80 million , Viva Miches by Wyndham opens its doors with 538 rooms , five restaurants offering world-class cuisine, entertainment areas, and all-inclusive services. A second phase is projected to expand capacity to 750 rooms , reaching a total investment of $130 million .
The resort was designed by Simples Arquitectura , adhering to principles of landscape integration and sustainability. This project is part of a strategic regional transformation , driven by new public infrastructure projects that improve connectivity and guarantee essential services to consolidate Miches as a new tourist destination.
