SANTO DOMINGO.- The family of Ramona Milagros Reyes Díaz de González, 76 years old, who has been missing since August 29, said last night that they still have no leads on her whereabouts.
Jennifer González, her daughter who is a real estate agent for the real estate firm Plusval Santo Domingo, assured El Inmobiliario last night that Mrs. Milagros was last seen near the premises of the Agricultural Bank, located on George Washington Avenue.
He explained that it was not in Doña Ramona's usual habit to go out as she had on this occasion. His mother left her house at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday the 29th, and was guided by a neighbor to the intersection of Rómulo Betancourt Avenue and Higuemota Street, in the Bella Vista sector, near a supermarket in the area.
“All known methods have been used, including divers, because the last time he was seen was near the Agricultural Bank,” his daughter said.
He said they have received support from the authorities, the 911 system, and the National Police.
“We have searched the entire southern part of 27 de Febrero Avenue, including the Malecón, but we still don't have a road,” he said.
At the time of her disappearance, Doña Ramona was wearing white pants, white tennis shoes, and a blouse with blue, yellow, and white colors.
Her family reported that the lady was experiencing "mental lapses" and was receiving medical attention for that reason.
They called at 7:00 PM last night, Sunday, September 1st, to join in prayer for his prompt reappearance.
