Real estate agents only need to register at mobiliapp.com, publish their properties and pay the participation fee of US$25 one-time payment valid for 90 days.
SANTO DOMINGO. – Mobiliapp, the platform that allows you to find out details about the area where the property you want is located, announced the celebration of Expomobiliapp2024, a digital real estate fair that will take place from November 1st to 30th of this year.
Rafael Paredes and Iraysa Bonilla Paredes, CEOs of the company, reported that the real estate trade event will also be held in person from November 6 to 8 within the 2024 Industrial Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair, which will take place in the Gardens of the Gran Teatro del Cibao, in Santiago de los Caballeros, where they will showcase properties using reality and virtual tours, so that people can live an immersive and different experience.
“Our goal is to boost closings in the sector in this final stretch of the year by connecting agents and companies with real buyers, and future tenants, with their ideal space,” the young entrepreneurs explained.

They said that real estate professionals only need to register at mobiliapp.com, publish their properties and pay the one-time participation fee of US$25, valid for 90 days.
“You can do it through our website mobiliapp.com and the Mobiliapp mobile application available for iOS and Android.”.
They explained that the general public can search for properties for free from anywhere without traveling and make appointments to see the property of their interest, as well as pre-qualify for their mortgage loan with various institutions without going to the bank.
Expomobiliapp2024 has the support of Banco BHD, Scotiabank, Banco Santa Cruz, Banesco, Banco Vimenca, Banco Caribe, among others that are in the process of joining, according to the executives.
The organizers recalled that in 2022 their firm organized a similar event exclusively with Banco BHD, where they received over RD$200 million in loan applications and pre-qualified over RD$160 million. “We received 80% of the applications and over 12,000 visits to the website,” they stated.
New features
Rafael and Iraysa highlighted the online pre-qualification feature as a new addition for this 2024 edition. “We’ve enabled a new function that allows people to pre-qualify digitally, checking their credit report without going to the bank. This way, applicants will know in seconds whether or not they are eligible for a mortgage loan.”
They added that real estate professionals can consult with their potential clients and quickly determine the payment method, thus enabling them to make recommendations.
“Another new feature is that real estate professionals with more than 50 properties get a free sponsorship plan,” they added.
The Paredes family highlighted that the mobile application platform has an interface that updates according to location, "showing you first the properties that are closest to you, so you'll see different properties wherever you go, to work, to visit friends, or even when you're at the beach.".
They added that users can also type the name of any place they want to see everything nearby without actually being there. "You no longer have to go to the fair; now the fair is on your cell phone," they explained
