SANTO DOMINGO. “ The Construction Companies Behind Riverside” took place housing project , with the participation of the founding partners of Dirava Construcciones, José Rafael Abreu, Juan Vargas and Jordi Díaz, representing the project developers, along with executives from Canabav Inversiones .
During the discussion, the executives shared the origins of both companies, their previous experience in the construction sector, and the lessons learned throughout their professional development, highlighting their commitment to real estate projects with a strategic vision, a sustainable approach, and high market value.
José Rafael Abreu explained that Dirava Construcciones SRL was born from the union of three professionals with experience in project management and development in the East of the country, who agreed on their vision of creating functional, competitive proposals that are adjusted to the real demand of the consumer.
They explained that their first joint project, Misty Bay, allowed them to consolidate an efficient work dynamic that they now apply to larger developments such as Riverside Residences , a complex of 152 apartments, whose sales reach more than 80% of both its first and second phases.
The Canabav representative presented the story of White Sands, a pioneering residential community in the area, which is undergoing a relaunch process after the pandemic and with new investments aimed at increasing its value and competitiveness. “We have unique attributes: access to a natural beach, low density, and a comprehensive development plan to improve the quality of life for our residents,” they emphasized.
Jordi Diaz emphasized that the design of Riverside Residences is based on market research and functional criteria aimed at meeting the demand for modern, well-located housing with distinctive amenities. “More than just a project, it’s an evolution of what we’ve learned. Our experience and the synergy with Canabav make this development a sure bet,” the businessman commented.
The panel was led by journalist Ángel Fernández, CEO and founder of Bávaro Digital, who moderated the dialogue with the developers and highlighted the impact of this type of initiative on the urban transformation of the East Zone.
