SANTO DOMINGO - The Cruise On Land tourist destination announced that it has been officially classified by the Tourism Development Council (CONFOTUR) of the Dominican Republic, formally joining the country's registry of tourist developments.
According to a company statement, the complex is conceived as a comprehensive development that combines hotel infrastructure, residential areas, commercial zones and recreational spaces, designed to cater to both national and international tourism
It highlights that it seeks to generate a positive economic impact by creating direct and indirect jobs during the construction and operation phases, as well as promoting the development of the local community.
The developer explains that the classification granted by CONFOTUR provides tax benefits, including tax and customs incentives, as well as offering legal security to investors and strategic partners.
The information indicates that the development being built in the La Otra Banda Municipal District, La Altagracia province, aligns with sustainability and environmental responsibility standards, incorporating energy efficiency practices, waste management and conservation of natural resources in all its areas.
According to information shared by the company, projects like Cruise On Land strengthen the country's tourism offering, diversify the economy, and promote investment under a regulated framework.
The new destination is a disruptive concept located in Punta Cana that integrates an ecosystem of condo-hotels with a theme park and a comprehensive and innovative immersive experience.
