SANTO DOMINGO. – Construction Consulting and Training (CCT), a Dominican company with Colombian roots, participated in the Colombian Construction Congress 2024, held in Barranquilla from November 6 to 8.
This business meeting, organized annually by the Colombian Chamber of Construction (CAMACOL), is one of the most important events for professionals in the construction sector in Colombia, and this time, it brought together national and international experts to share the latest trends and advances in the industry.

The congress, which is held with the purpose of promoting the exchange of knowledge and the development of the sector, offered attendees the opportunity to explore key topics such as urban planning, technological innovation, and the economic situation of the construction sector, making it ideal for strengthening alliances, networking and updating themselves on the challenges and opportunities facing the industry.
CCT's participation, accompanied by its Dominican delegation, in the Colombian Construction Congress was an excellent opportunity to strengthen ties with Colombian builders interested in expanding their operations to the Dominican Republic.
The company also highlighted the importance of sharing knowledge between the two countries, which will generate synergies and improve growth opportunities for the Dominican construction sector, thus reaffirming the company's commitment to the development of the construction sector in this country.

This participation in the Congress was not limited to an institutional presence; it was also an opportunity to learn and present new proposals. While CCT has participated in the Congress annually, 2024 was a special edition due to the inclusion of the Dominican delegation, who were able to learn firsthand about the company's history in Colombia and how this experience can contribute to strengthening the construction sector in the Dominican Republic.
The CCT team that participated in the event was made up of María del Pilar Henríquez, CEO; Claudia Viloria Franco, CEO; Greicy Velásquez, sales manager; and Chayling Abello, business developer, who worked alongside the Dominican delegation, made up of Adelaida Adames, legal consultant with emphasis on real estate projects; William Matías, partner at Islaw Abogados; and Paola García, expert in banking and mortgages.

With the aim of further expanding its international presence, Construction Consulting and Training commented on its willingness to participate in various international trade fairs in 2025.
Similarly, they plan to expand to events in the United States and Europe, in order to consolidate their participation in the sector and foster more strategic alliances for the benefit of the global construction industry.
