Throughout his career, Sánchez has been managing partner of PROCITROM, dedicated to the development of public and private remodeling and infrastructure projects; and CR2S Ingeniería y Proyectos, focused on real estate and urban development. Each position has allowed him to consolidate experience in the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact projects.
Sánchez has participated in public infrastructure and private building projects, including renovations, roadworks, hydraulic solutions, and urban developments. He says his passion for engineering began accompanying his father to construction sites, thus solidifying his professional calling.

The first project of his new company is Jimena Sofía I, a residential development located in Colina del Prado, Santo Domingo Este that includes 12 three-bedroom apartments, distributed in three types, designed to meet the needs of families of different sizes.
The residential complex features fully furnished and equipped amenities, including a jacuzzi, a covered and decorated barbecue area, and social spaces designed to foster family togetherness and well-being. Every detail has been designed to provide comfort, security, and functionality.
The apartments are priced from US$116,000 and reservations can be made with an initial amount of US$1,000, facilitating access for interested parties to the project and showing the company's financial planning.
