SANTO DOMINGO. - The De Valle Group, in partnership with the company Proconstur, announced the construction of two new Super 8 hotels in the municipalities of Río San Juan and Cabrera, which will add more than 140 new rooms to the tourist offering of the María Trinidad Sánchez province and will have a great impact on job creation in the area.
Super 8 Río San Juan project has all the necessary government approvals and will begin construction in January 2026, while the Super 8 Cabrera project has also received all the necessary permits and is scheduled to begin construction in March 2026.
Both projects reflect a shared commitment to architectural excellence, sustainability, and strengthening tourism in the country's various destinations, a press release highlights.
He explains that the Super 8 Cabrera has been designed by the Dominican architect Jean Romero and will be a four-level hotel with more than 70 rooms, in addition to a two-story commercial plaza.
It will integrate high energy efficiency systems and durable materials that guarantee comfort, sustainability and long-term value.
Likewise, Super 8 Río San Juan, which will contribute more than 70 new rooms to the area, is a four-level tourist complex comprised of a hotel with more than 70 rooms and a two-level commercial space, as well as a swimming pool and gym, in addition to other facilities.
Engineer Henry Veloz, CEO of the company Proconstur, leads the entire construction process of the Super 8 hotels in Cabrera and Río San Juan, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage.
Edward De Valle, president of Grupo De Valle, directs the overall structuring of the projects, including the financial model and franchise strategies.
