SANTO DOMINGO.- The Latin American Real Estate Confederation (CILA) has selected the Dominican Republic as the venue for the X Latin American Real Estate Congress, which will be held from August 24 to 27, 2025, at the Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana.
This internationally significant event will bring together professionals, entrepreneurs, real estate agents, government authorities and academics from across Latin America and the Caribbean, and is shaping up to be a key platform for knowledge exchange, networking and the exploration of new business opportunities in the Latin American real estate sector.
During the congress, attendees will be able to participate in keynote addresses, panel discussions, specialized workshops, and networking sessions, providing an opportunity to explore the latest market trends, technological innovations, investment strategies, and sustainable urban development. This event offers a unique opportunity for real estate professionals to stay up-to-date and establish key connections for their professional and business development.
The Dominican Republic's Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI) expressed its gratitude for being selected to host the event. It will also take advantage of the opportunity to hold the 6th AEI International Congress in 2025, further enhancing the event's impact by combining two events into one.
